The gap

Almost everyone has started. Almost no one is fluent.

The barrier named most often is not budget and not technology. It is that almost no one has been taught to work the instruments so the tab stays open, the answers come back generic and another evening disappears into work a machine should be carrying.

Fluency is not a talent and it is not a season of study. The line is three hours, properly spent.

The session

Three hours. One arc.

  • Hour I Fluency

The instruments in your hands: a live demonstration on the room's real problems, the four moves that matter and your first win before the first break.

  • Hour II It learns who you are

You stop repeating yourself. We set the system up to know your work, your standards and your week – built live in the room, so every answer afterwards arrives already shaped for you.

  • Hour III Work that runs without you

Work you set once that keeps happening – the errands of your week handed over, checked and signed off rather than done by hand. You leave with the system running.

The room

What every room contains

  • The demonstrations. Built live on the problems the room brings. Nothing canned. You watch one built, then you build one.

  • The recording. Every session, yours to keep.

  • The room. Twenty seats a session – large enough for a real room, small enough that every seat is spoken to by name.
